Type 2’s are also insulin dependent to bring their glucose back down if too high

  • suicidechickenshit says:

A meat, dairy and egg diet has 5 times as much protein as you need. That excess protein generates toxins which cause cancer. Vegetables have all the protein you need.

Watch the full thing! They were NOT all type 2!

  • ukent07 says:

No, there are type 1’s as well if you watch the full documentary

these are type 2 diabetics… type 1 diabetics have to have insulin…

2 schools of thought on the matter of carbohydrates: some doctors say that diabetics should have very few carbs ( like fruits- apples and oranges) in their diet, while others say that at least 1/2 of the diet should be carbs.

oh big deal….welcome to what native americans, indigenous people all over the world, and even people in the bible know

which is that your food should come from the ground not room 666 in NIH

i already know that 97% of all diseases and conditions (including male pattern baldness) can be cured with raw unedited food. but what about natural sugars like from apples and oranges etc. are those bad too (i dont think so but maybe im wrong)

It is a high powered blender that makes juice out of the whole food including seeds, skin and core.

First, whey is derived from dairy, but a good supplement will avoid the downsides of dairy consumption (lactose, casiene, etc.) while still giving you the only complete vegetarian source of protein. Protein itself is essential for human health. Why is it important? Not enough room to write it all here. Just google “why is protein important” and a bunch of links will come up.

Where do you get whey protien isolates and what are the health implications to not eating enough protein? I’m think about going vegan (raw food) and I’m not sure which route to take.

  • dietcoker11 says:

Please remember that all these people where type 2 diabetics. There is a big difference!
Also I think that quote from the American Diabetes Association is regarding type 1 not 2 (the most common)
When i spoke to my diabetes nurse about type 2 I was told that the first treatment for type2s is education on diet and exercise and that if they adhere to this then alot of the patients can reverse the diagnosis!!

  • psychawareness says:

There are health implications with not eating enough complete protein. I’m considering the vegetarian option (not vegan) of not eating meat but supplementing in whey protein (none of that flavoured shit.. just 100% whey protein isolates). Whey protein has been shown to have a very positive effect on blood sugar levels and diabetes.

Diabetes is a cruel disease. I hope they stick with it.

I became a vegan several months ago and working up to totally raw. My energy level has skyrocketed! I don’t know if meat causes anything but not eating it sure feels good! My wife is type 1 and we ordered the video and 21 day book to try. It can’t hurt as I am currently hooked on healthy.

The International Diabetes Federation and the World Health Organization created World Diabetes Day on November the 14th, 1991. The film chronicles six diabetic Americans who switch to an organic, raw vegan diet in order to reverse the disease without pharmaceutical medication.
I’m going to buy Vitamix blenders to make green smoothies for my family for x-mas, so we stay healthy.
